Do you edit ALL the photos?
Yes, we meticulously review and edit every single photo we deliver. Of course, we cut out the ones where you blinked.
How many photos do I get?
You will always receive at least the minimum amount of photos we agree upon. However, if we have extra, we will not hold those from you.
When do I get my photos?
After your event, we work day and night to go through 100s and 1000s of photos. We usually deliver within 2-5 weeks, depending on which package you pick.
How does billing work?
We request a small deposit be paid upon booking with us. cash. s.
What if we cancel after booking?
You have up to 10 days before the booked event date for a full refund of the deposit.
What if the weather, lighting, and/ or location changes?
We are very accommodating and understand that problems like these can happen.
What if we have to change the venue last minute?
We understand something like this would be very stressful on the bride and groom. And we would not accomodate the best we can so to not s, we offer a free trial period of 14 days. During this period, you will have full access to all of our features and services.
Do you do destination weddings?
Yes, we do.
Do you add music to the video?
Yes, we will work with you to find the best music your video. If you have no music preference then we will choose what we think fits best.
Can you do multiple venues in the same day?
Yes, we can.

How many photographers will show up?
We always have 2 photographers present.
What if it rains?
Rain can be a problem for our cameras and the overall photoshoot but we can work around it.
How far in advance do I need to book?
It would be best to book us as early as possible.
